Financial Asset Management Systems
Consumer Report

I received a call from a Kevin Goldman saying he represented this company. Like others they had a prospective buyer lined up for me and before I did my homework had agreed to sell my timeshare for $14,500. I would only have to pay $1998.00 for Title transfer and processing fee. I agreed, but before I transffered the money I did some digging.

I went to BBB to look them up, the company they say they work for does, in fact, have an A rating. The problem is: The web-site and the phone numbers do not match. Www.financialams.com has no BBB affiliation and looks like it was done by an amatuer in 10 minutes. The number they give does not match the BBB listing.in fact, if you call the financialams.com number it sounds like a personal voice mail. If you call the number on the BBB site, it takes you to a legitimate company who says they do not have anything to do with the sale or transfer of timeshares. They are also aware that someone or a group of someone's is using their company name and good rating to scam people regarding timeshares. If you get a call from these people HANG UP, or better yet report them.
The numbers they called me from are
404-914-6027: Kevin Goldman (sales guy)
404-437-4309: Supervisor who tried to back Kevin's lies up
