Jan. 11th 2013I recently visited Les Schwab in Medford, Or. To have them diagnose a squeak in the front end of my Crown Vic. And get a tire quote. After the front end man took a look at it, I was told that the front end looked good, but I needed new shocks. I went ahead and ordered the tires I wanted and scheduled an appointment for the following Friday. That week they replaced the shocks and tires and as they pulled it out of the bay, I noticed the squeaking was still there. They asked me to drive back the following day to look at it further. This time the front end needed $1400 worth of work. When asked how this could have changed so dramatically, the salesman said he was not involved the first time and was kind of short with me. The initial person the walk into the store with me told me that sometimes you just have to replace parts until you find the problem. WHAT!!! Very unhappy.
