Face Up Gaming is a subscription Poker site, legal in most of US. Their rules and regulations state that they will pay out all monies won and claimed within 30 days of claim. The last monies claimed by any player was in August for claims made in July. They have stated that they received an Irrevocable Stand-by Line of Credit from US Capital Funding in the amount of $5 million Euro on 12/10. From what I can find on the internet apparently US Capital Funding is a fraudulent company as well. The CEO of FUG is Felix Elinson
