I ordered a pair of Nike Falcon shoes and received a different pair other than what I had ordered. I sent them back to the address on the box because no return label was in the box. They keep telling me that my refund transaction should be coming anytime now. This has been going on for a month. I contact them everyday and get a form letter telling me how the money will be processed to get back to my credit card. Nothing has happened yet. I have even contacted [email protected] and receive no help. I now realize I was scammed and will stay with the companies I have no problems with.
