They charged my cell phone $9.99 for a subscription which I did not know about nor did I authorize. I called the cell phone company and they will reimburse me for the money. The point is there are third party companies out there that can do this and it is illegal. The cell phone company is going to put a block on my account on such texts as this. It comes in the form of a text with usually a 5 digit number. Even if you don't respond to the text they still can charge your account.
