Got the check in the mail... 3,999.00 from QUALITY AVIATION INSTRUMENTS, INC which checked out to be a legit business in Pa. Letter said call the number before cashing for instructions. I had won $150,000.00 in US dollars in a MEGA LOTTERY held 12/25. Checked out Harmony Securities and just look what I found out! Scam!!!
