Saw a surprise withdrawal out of my bank account of $30.00 from a company never heard of! When I called it kept bringing me in and out of a loop, not allowing me to reach a human. Sent email with no response to the support side - couldn't locate the company details until found this website where they are being reported as a scam to others for the exact same amount of money, on the same exact day for a withdrawal.
I have notified my bank who will take a 3 day fraud review and will know my outcome as to whether or not they will remove the charge or not, but this kind of activity will cause hardships everywhere. $30 is what I use to feed myself this month! When you top that with an over drawn fee based on something you have no control over, your account can get screwed up in a hurry.
Frustrating that all of these complaints are all of the same, and only NOW when you click on their terms and conditions link do they try to cover themselves by reporting anyone who they have dealt with agrees to a $30 fee by going to their website...
Strange bogus and fraud that will hurt many. And they charge money without responding to your contacts. This time I tried calling it said my hold time was 166 minutes.
