I ordered a free sample of Green Coffee Bean Fat burner ll/29/12 and paid shipping of $4.95. I have taken the recommeded amount faithfully for l l/2 weeks with no weight loss.in fact I have gained weight. I looked at my credit card statement today and noticed they have billed my acct. $67.83. I called immediately and they were not open yet and also sent an email requesting a complete refund. After reading other complaints I am not overly confident they will refund my money without a fight. I am hoping they will be a stand up company and honor my refund with integrity. If so I will be more than happy to give them a recommendation for showing they fully guarantee their product and refund in full to any customer that is not completely satisfied. Thank you
