I would like to report user: davmmond who scammed me for money in nov. And dec. Of 2012. At that time he presented himself as a soon to be retiring officer from US Army being in Afghanistan. He made me believe he would come to see me in person and asked me if he could courier his luggages to me first. Naively I agreed and gave away my address and phone number, by that time he already knew my email address and we chatted on Yahoo messenger. I received a scanned copy of the courier AWB mentioning my details only and next day I received by email a notification that these luggages were stopped at Malaysian border and I had to pay $450 fees to get it through, requesting me to make a money transfer through Western Union to a courier company’s representative. The shipper (David Hammond) was not even copied in this email notification. Somebody even called to my cell phone asking when would I make a money transfer. I did inform David of it and he asked me to do this transfer as he had nobody else to ask for it…he even that 3 of his soldiers got hit on their way back to the base as Taliban had attacked them. I did make the money transfer, And he keep asking for more and more money, and I sent it to him believing he would come home to me until I found this site and seen the first scammers report. Fortunately I do have copies of all the money transfers and all of our communications, thru yahoo messenger and also email.
