I ordered a coat from Karenmillenoutlets.com. I receicved an email thanking me for my payment of £134, due to the monetry exchange rate the amount on my bank statement may be a little different and that i could check my transaction at service. Yourspay.com.
When i clicked on the link nothing happened.
I received a message from Lisa Wade asking if i'd had a problem with my payment, but the email contained the wrong name and order number.
I emailed back pointing out the mistakes and saying i had had confirmation of payment. She replied saying they had made a mistake and they had received my payment but the coat is out of stock.
I have emailed asking for a refund but have not had any response.
Is the any way i can get my money back?
