Florida's DCF has accused me of failing to protect my child. My child was nor ever has been harmed in any way, shape or form by myself or anyone in my family. He has however been severly harmed, emotionally by DCF, they kidnapped him, without showing a warrant to do so, held him hostage in a "foster home" for 3 weeks while they made me jump through their ridiculous hoops to have him released.
They have violated every civil right I am covered by, they continue to violate my child's civil right to a parent, the "non offending" parent at that. They continue to hold him hostage until I pay a large "ransom" to a shrink that will say I don't understand the extent of the "possible" harm that could be done to my child if he is allowed to be "unsupervised" around his own father. The father's rights are being violated as well, he cannot see his own child unless one of their "goons" is present.
This man NEVER would ever harm his child in any way. I have been slandered, defamed, and unjustly railroaded in family court.
