A nurse associated with Mollen Clinics was
giving shots in a Walmart store in Ooltewah,
TN. The store indicated that shingle shots were being offered. I presented myself at the Nurse's desk and was asked to present ID.
I provided my Medicare ID and Tricare for Life ID which was accepted. No mention was made of any charges. Five months later I re-
ceived a bill for $220.00 for the shot. The
billing office stated that my insurance wasn't acceptable. This was not explained to me at the time I was given the shot.
