Ronny Cooper called from 916-287-3815 and stated that I owed $700 for a payday loan and that if I didnt pay it the police would be there to arrest me tomorrow. Told me to go to Walmart and buy a green. Money pack card and stayed on the phone with me until I bought it. Gave him the number over the phone and he said that I would receive something in the mail stating that the debit was cleared.
