I placed an on-line order for some DJ Equipment. They said they shut down over the Christmas and New Year Holiday, so I waited until after the holiday season, to get my products, but they never showed up. I sent them several emails, plus made several phone calls. Around 13Jan their phone went out of service.
As of now, 16Jan I still don't have my product and can't get a refund.
