Sent for sample of Lipo Slim in November and agreed to a $4.95 charge on my account. Have since been billed for an unauthorized shipment on January 10 and have a total of $149.98 in charges. I am refusing these shipments and mailing them back. Am planning on receiving credit on my credit card account.
