I couldn't access my e-mail so I contacted what I thought was a Yahoo Rep and they passed me on to PC Security Experts 1-855-448-0703. When I got suspicious, I asked my daughter to Google it and there was no such company but a complaint identical to mine came up on usacomplaints.com.
