This company is a SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. They pose as Apple support representatives, then they take $59.99 (that was the smallest amount I could pay) so they could help me with Snow Leopard. Then they INSISTED I needed Virus Scan, which costs $99.99, which they say will be refunded. Then they install the software on your machine. Here is the problem I learned after I called Apple:
1. Apple would never try to sell you anything when you are calling for help
2. Apple doesn't install software on your machine remotely... Don't let people do that
3. The $99.99 is NOT refunded, they will charge that to you again every 3 months.
4. Both charges are recorded as a subscription= and will re-occur on your credit card bill.in fact, when they are logged, the description was 'Subscription'...
This is a huge s-c-a-m outfit.
