Re: my Chevy Cargo Van year 2007; Make Chevorlet C/G3500; Serial Number (Personal Information Removed) Contract Number 300-620391.

Bank of The West certified letter to me dated October 12 stated "You have the right to demand a public sale of the Vehicle by advising us of such demand in writing by registered or certified mail to the payment address specified herein. Any such writing must be mailed to us within 10 days after the day upon which this Notice was mailed to you".
My demand for public sale was submitted on time as requested. Veronica Stephens (Personal Information Removed). However, my request was ignored and a private sale was conducted instead. When BOW was informed they ignored me and demanded money from me.
