Armstrong bank was asked to consolidate all my bills however they failed to pay off one. We discovered this when they were taking two payments out every month. I asked them why they were taking out two payments, thats when I found out the bank did not consolidate all my bills and negelected to pay one of them like they had told me they would. This has left me short on funds to pay living expenses and my account keeps showing an overdraft due to the bank charges and two separate loans. They are about to make me lose everything. My home, my transportation, anything that is necessary to exist. My account has changed hands four times since I got this loan without being told, I have been doing business with this bank 22 years and never had the problem I'm having now. They have lost my trust and respect and would like to go to another company as soon as possible. If all banks are this crooked no one stands a chance against them. I believed that they were helping me when all the time they have been helping themselves to my money (it may be small to anyone else but it's all I have) I should be reimbursed and my loans fixed up the way they should have been. They have no conscience but, I truly hope you are able to fix this for me.
