This company is the biggest scam artists ever so much so the British advertising standards agancy upheld a complaint that there advertising is missleading and illegal (Content Removed). Here my story, i got suckered in like many of you with the free trial and was shock when later i was charged and extortionate amount for a few refils. I rang them straight away at which point I was told i was in a membership programe. I told them i had not agreed to this but they told me it was clear on there website, which it was not see link. After much arguing and being bounced around there phone system i was told i could get a refund if i sent them back and cancelled my membership. So i did but they would only refund half the ammount owed, I sucked this up and put it down as a life lesson in being scammed by evil companies and hoped it would be the last i hear of them. But low and behold 5 months later after i cancelled they have started billing me and sending me the carriages again but this time there phone line rings dead. To sum up keep well away from this scam of a company.
