I funded my trading account around January 3rd 2013. I immeadiately noticed there was a difference in the rates quoted for Euro/USD when i complared to my live FXCM Forex account. My first 4 trades were all loosers. I decided to close the account and ask for my money back. That was around Jan 6th. I have written dozens of email and nobody calls or emails me back. The Online Chate they have does not work. The Phone Lines always say they are unavailable. UNfortuneately i think our money is lost, they are located outside the USA. But through Google i sent a complaint to the S.E. C and if they got enough of them they could shut down their website.
