We contracted with the above company to repair an electric range in early Dec. (the above date entry would not allow me to type in 12/11) They came out and took about 5 min to replace a part, but when we told them that the range still didn't work they told us that they forgot to put in a "probe" that was supposed to go with the "clock" (computer part of the stove) and that possibly by not replacing both parts, it ruined the first part (clock). We have attempted to reach them since the week before Christmas to no avail. I am fairly certain the phone # for the business is someone's cell phone#. The mail box is either "full" and we can't leave a message — we have tried from several different phones... Or a woman answers and says that they are "checking the parts that came in yesterday."
We paid $450 for their services and asked to have our money refunded. They said they do not do refunds but would come back as many times as necessary to repair the appliance.
We just moved to FL and this is not a good first impression. We did not know who to call and apparently we chose the wrong company.
Their phone # is 863-521-4487
Mine (Deborah Mathewson) is (Personal Information Removed)
my husband's # (Chris Mathewson) is (Personal Information Removed)
Please advise. We do not have the funds to purchase a new appliance and have not had a working stove since the 1st of Dec. When we moved into this house.
Thank you, Deb Mathewson
