I was billed for Raspberry Ultimate Drops (weight loss) which I purchased from Dr. Oz website for $64.95 on Jan 4. It was listed on my back statement under the name of eliteselling.com Australia PA - Two days later on Jan 6 that transaction was removed but another transaction under DMG GROUP QLP PTY Australia PA for the same amount appeared on my account. When I disputed the transaction with the bank - they said that because I approved the first transaction, they could not reverse charges. I did not get a call from any number.
My niece sent an email to click on a site. When I clicked on the site, Dr. Oz site came up and I was directed to order RaspBerry Ultimate Drops. I assume that since my niece recommended this that it was a legitimate recommendation. I orderd the product and then emailed my niece to let her know. She told me that her email was hacked and it went out to all of her contacts. That is when I looked up eliteselling.com to see if I could find any information. Then on Jan 6 the other transaction came up. The bank said since I approved the first pmt - the company re-ran under another name and they could not do anything about it.
