I sent for free trial and paid £4 each postage the next thing I knew I had been billed £63 I rang the company who tried to convince me that maybe I should try it for a month and see the results but the creams did not do what was said they would I was told to ring back on 2 weeks time and if I was still not satisfied they would sort it I told her that I wanted it sorted there and then. When I checked my e mails they had sent one saying I had been deactivated from the billing list. On the 3rd of December I had £64 taken from my account and some more cream sent but I had to collect it from the mail depot and asked to pay a further £20.62 I told the post office I did not want it and they have returned it I emailed the company telling them not to take any more money from my account and up to now nothing has been taken. My bank have told me I need to go through the fraud team which I will do if I have anymore money taken from my account. They can't even be consistent with the advert as each time I go on line to look its the same woman but she is said to live in a different location each time, they are nothing but fraudsters.By the way I read the terms and conditions but they are not clear I read it that if u are happy with the trial then u can subscribe not them words exactly but that's how it's put across
