I was enrolled in this firm from 2010 to 2013. From the date I started, the firm took monies directly from my account and deposited to GCS holding bank. This firm took approx 11000.00 dollars and only settled 2 bills totaling less than 4000.00. After looking through a statement that I had to retrive from GCS I realized that the firm took more money for themselves then what they actually paid. About a month ago I recieved a surprise deposit in my personal bank account with no explaination. 3 days after I recieved deposit I called GCS to inquire. I was told at this time that I had been realesed from the program and that my debts had been satisfied. I have not recieved anything from Westbury Duke letting me know anything has happend. I have been trying to contact Westbury Duke for almost 3 months and leaving messages. This has turned into a situation were I believe that they got their money and ran like cowards. They (Westbury Duke) will not return my phone calls.in the mean time, 1 of the creditors that were involved in the program that did not get paid are calling me trying to get money. I am looking for legal assistance to try and figure out what to do at this point. If anyone has any information, please post and let the rest of us know what the outcome was. This firm is a sham. Don't believe what they have to tell you. Run from this company and do not look back.
