I paid for shipping fee via credit card on 10 Dec 12 for a Veloura free trial pack and was notified that the package will reach me within 7 days. Until now, I have not received any trial package and the payment was deducted from my credit card on 10 Dec. Despite my follow up via email on 30 Dec, 4 Jan and 7 Jan, there is no news or reply from Veloura regarding my trial package but the shipping fees was deducted.
Pls stop believing in them as there was no proof of the shipment (no tracking info) and how much money they could make out of this assuming that we cannot recover any of this money?
