My name is Rita Pangalangan and I gave my sister 1000 dollars to put a down payment on a car at James Auto sales. My sister takes care of my special needs nonverbal, nonwalker, epileptic child while I work. This car is not even paid for yet and it has left her stranded several times on the side of the road, some of the times my child was with her. She has tried to exchange the car but instead they keep "fixing it" yet she broke down again today. When I called to explain to them that my sister takes care of a disabled 6 year old and that when she seizes she needs to be rushed to the emergency room for oxygen, this gentlemen was very rude. I was told it was not my car and therefore not my business. My sister does not have access to a computer or she would be doing this herself. My sister told these people when she bought the car abot my daughter and she was assured that she was getting a reliable car. Luckily she broke down in my yard today because when she calls them they won't even try to help her. Can something be done about this. Shouldn't they have to replace the car??? Thanks for your help.
