Subscription not as advertised and inaccurate email searches; refund requested

Hi, I got a subscription from Spokeo.com and it wasn't at all what was advertise. I was expecting way better searches and such. But instead it provided searches I could do by using someones email and it was inaccurate.
I also canceled my subscription and I'm wondering if or when my money will be returning to my account. Thanks.
