Deducted $14.95 for August after July cancellation and SaferPrivacy membership

My account has been deducted 14.95 for the month of August further to cancelling my account with Spokeo in July. This has happened after I registered at Spokeo. And I have now canceled my account at Spokeo but still am being deducted by PRIVPR. They seem to have made me a member of SaferPrivacy without my consent or even knowledge.
