I have been purchaed the above mobile from Patel Traders, Dhandhuka vide bill No 568. Dt 2.6.12. Model No is E-1081. Sr. No is r21c32qkpqf, ime 352380054679105. It was fauly piece and hence it was given to your authorise service centre M/a Ali Enterprise, Dhandhuka on 2.11.12. More than 45days has been passed, but not reply me proper or not response well.
