Ought cyberlink youcam 5 deluxe. Wanted a refund. They charged me$US43.00. Then charged me again$US43.00. Total=$US86.00. They sent me a link with an email to fill out purchase and license numbers, but i could not type my name in signature box. So nw i will have to spend money mailing it. My beef with them is the unauthorized second charge! I have my credit card provider investigating this matter. Happend december 6
