I placed on order at 9:52 on 12/20 for $316.28. It was immediately approved by American Express. About an hour later I wanted to cancel the order but since then have not been able to reach anyone at the sight via phone or email. The order was never received. I spent over $100 in overnight shipping but, again, the order was never received.
