Ordered items totaling 900.00. Was told they were being shipped. A few days later was told they were found to be damaged at customs a d were returned to the manufacturer. The following week we were told the order was being reshipped. Only two days later I was online chatting with customer service Nd was told I had to pay tariffs prior to shipment or my the items would be held by customs.
