I ordered 2 handbags on an outlet website. After I already finished my order, I didn't receive any order comfirmation. I checked on my banking account and it said the order was declined. I thought it didn't work and tried to contact the website's costumer service but nobody replied. And I've just checked my account again and the money already gone. It was charged by a company called WFTONE Tech Ltd. I don't know why they could charge my money when I've never heard anything from them at that day. I just want my money back. I feel really disappointed.
