The letter states that I have won $3,980.00 but before I can deposit the check I need to call the Claims agent Mr. George Evans at 1-416-832-3142. The letter also states that I am responsible for paying the US taxes on the winnings in the amount of $1,995.00. The letter also says I'm must keep this CONFIDENTIAL until "your CLAIM" has been processed... As this is part of a security "PROTOCOL"
