I ordered a lifeproof case from them back in October and finally came about 4 weeks later. When I received it the case was apparantly used because there was wear marks and scratches on the clear plastic cover. I have requested a return authorization twice in the last 6 weeks with no response whatsover. I am writing this off as a bad mistake but will continue to put the word out to stay away
