12/10 agreed to have 'free' product sample sent to me for shipping cost of $4.95 paid via Visa debit card. On 12/23 my debit card was then charged $79.99 for additional product that I did not want of knowingly agree to. Requesting this $79.99 charge to be placed back into my account.
