Money Taken From Son's Account Without Loan Application

Myloans Macclesfield fraudulently took £69.99 from my sons a/c will be taking it further and I am adamant there will be a refund.
He has never applied for a loan from them or even visited there website but naively applied for a loan from QuickQuid who i assume are an associated company.
