David Bence contacted me regarding an ad I put on Craig's list. The email stated that he and his wife will send a cashiers check and he wanted a one year lease. He plans to move in on February 1st. There were obvious grammar errors and the emails arrived in my inbox at 2 AM. Then I found another report of a scam that mirrors the scam that I'm experiencing.
