I ordered some uggs off a website and they took my money, cant get hold of anyone on this chat thing. Looked up website and scam on everything. Now i am guessing i wont get a refund nor will i be able to contact them. I duno what to do now i have contacted my bank and they said they cant help until its been cleared properly
