In checking my December statement I found this unauthorized charge hidden in amongst numerous other Christmas charges. It appears to be for 6 months of 'VIP' Service of a magazine or something. I NEVER authorized it or remember ever being associated with any Connecticut based VIP service or magazine.
I searched the internet and found others who have been scammed by the same service. Once they get your AMEX card number from??? They sneak in charges during high activity months like the Christmas season or the summer travel season when you often have multiple transactions from non-standard' vendors and services.
