My complaint is identical tothe previous Complaint# submitted yesterday by Elaine. I Always search the websutes so that I can disable the automatic re-ordering, but I could not find it anywhere on your site. I am 71 - if it is buried somewhere in the small print —SHAME ON YOU! After using most of the free trial, I cannot say that I have noticed ANY difference in my skin AT ALL. So your product does not work. I would never have reordered this! I am also disabled so going to the post office, even with a return authorization number and repacking the package, represents a hardeship to me in both time and money. I want a refund of my $97.88 and take me off of all your mailing lists and automatic reordering options.
Scams are alive and well. What a shame!
