Ripped me off too. File your complaint with the BBB of Los Angeles and the FTC. I see complaints dating back to 2011 and it's hard to believe this company is still in business. Taking innocent people's money and refusing to refund. Shame on you AuraVie. Hopefully, the FTC will catch up with you soon.
