Consumer Report

I orginally joined the James Smith Investment company called the M5 to learn about investing in real estate/stock options/tax liens-deeds/asset protection/other investment strategies.

I felt uncomfortable with the name change to Wealth Rock, but was told the company had grown so fast, that needed additional staff to give better service. So, continued to study, trying the techniques suggested only to face failure when executed. The coach, Terry, was very helpful and gave me a number of free downloads. Yet whenever I went to student services for assistence, I was offered yet another $1000-$3000 package. I couldn't believe it! I didn't have any more money to spend, I needed to MAKE money. The promise was to learn how to make $2000 to $10,000 a month which would have paid off my education. I realize now that looked at www.wealthrockjamessmithadvisory.com that even with each of the weekly webinars was yet ANOTHER sales pitch and package! I was disappointed, but relieved to find out that the company was no longer james Smith, because my partner and I really enjoyed the trainers when we went to the three day seminars with James Smith... Especially his family and several of the outside trainers... All very helpful/encouraging and inspiring to learn from. When I heard Wealth Rock did Smith family dirt, which had been confirmed by some students who know them personally, it helped take the edge off my frustration. But now I'm just stuck with a dead horse I have to pay for, which takes most of my social security check to make the monthly payments. But I'm not giving up. I just need to process what MY strenghs and weaknesses are, what my options are and how to turn this lemon into lemonade! Rich Dad said, "Anyone can be rich by being greedy. Having a high financial IQ means knowing howto be a generous person." So, I'm going to go back to Robert and Kim Kiyosoky website www.richkidsmartkid.com and www.richgradpoorgrad.com and keep getting financial literacy.

Is there any recourse or way to sue or get a refund from Wealth Rock?
