I recieved a notice from my bank that I was $41.23 overdrawn and was charged 470. O.D. Fee because SafeCart thriugh pay pal with drew $. 99, $. 30, $29.97 & $9.97 from my accout all on 12/17.
I did not order or receive anything from Safe Cart.
My bank statement said"BC 6474 Int Trans fee on all the charges.
