I checked my bank account today using internet banking and realized my balance was $30 short. I then called the bank and found out that some company had an electronic check debited from my account in the amount of $30. The bank was able to provide me a number for this agency. I talked until I was indignant and tired. The do not want to refund my money... Said it would be used toward the interest on a loan I never received. Told them I didn't want a loan, I only wanted my money back. Finally I asked that my account (I never knew I had) be closed and reported all to my bank.
