I received a HS Diploma which I acquired on line. Upon submitting diploma it was not accepted. I was informed it is not recognized by the US Secretary of Education and therefore cannot be considered.in order for me to meet the requirements in that part, I must submit a diploma that has an accreditation recognized by the US Secretary of Education.
