Ordered a figurine which has not arrived after 6 weeks and no response to the 6 emails sent. I dont believe that i will ever see my money or the figurine so i have contacted visa to find out wether i am covered or not as i feel that is the only way i will see my money again, very poor service, just wish i had done a background check on them before i ordered as i have not read one good article about this company.
