I also recieved a Text message from phone # (626) 824-0685 stating that I had won $1000 in order to collect you had to fill out a bunch or stuff. So they did end up with my name, address, birthdate. The survey went on forever. It took me narly 30 minutes to fill it out on my phone. When It kept asking for repeat information I realized I had been had.
