Dear Pepsi,
Me and my friends really love your Mtn Dew products. Here recently everytime we have been getting your drinks they have been EXTREMELY hard to open. Just this morning i walked into school with a mtn dew and could not for the life of me get it open. It took like six of my guy friends trying and two teachers before we finally got it open.in this process, my friend and i both cut our hand. His worse than mine, it actually bled. The reason why this is such a big problem is im ADDICTED to MTN DEW! How am i supposed to drink it if i cant even open it? I would appreciate it if you could find a way to fix this.
